Black Beans (side dish)
2 cans | organic black beans |
2 cans | diced tomatoes (any variety, but we like Ro-tel) |
1 package | J BAR B SALSA MIX (MILD or HOT) |

Take one can of beans and mash. Don't mash 'em into paste, but about halfway such that they're somewhere between whole beans and mash. Don't drain the juice from either the beans or the tomatoes. Combine beans, mashed beans, diced tomatoes & J BAR B SALSA MIX (MILD or HOT) in a skillet. Mix while cooking until bean mixture reaches desired consistency. Serve when ready.
