Bonanza Muffin Appetizers

Butter the sliced surface of English Muffins and toast in a broiler until the tops are golden brown.

Mix together approximately equal parts of chopped onion and chopped ripe olives.

Mix in enough mayonnaise to make a spreading paste and season to taste with Bonanza Seasoned Salt.

Spread toasted muffins generously and top each with a slice of American or Swiss cheese.

Broil carefully until cheese melts and turns light brown.

Slice into quarters by pressing knife down firmly to avoid dragging the cheese topping.  Serve warm if possible.
