2 ripe avocados peeled & quartered 4 tablespoons plain yogurt or sour crème 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon Bonanza Seasoned Salt (more to taste) 2 to 4 tablespoons diced New Mexico chili 1 small onion chopped Blend onions and avocado in a bowl until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend. To prevent discoloration while waiting to serve, press waxed paper or plastic wrap against mixture to seal out air. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
