Lea & Perrins® Pepper Steak

Pour a respective amount of Lea & Perrins® [Worcestershire Sauce] on the steaks and then put Bonanza Seasoned Pepper on both sides.  Turn the steaks over after fifteen minutes, turn them over again for another fifteen minutes.

Grill steaks on each side, adjust time according to desired doneness.

This makes a very good steak with a pleasant and distinct flavor.  Add a glass of Shiraz to the meal and enjoy.
